What exactly will my product be? Southland sells complete, unassembled log home packages. You may choose to offer our packages as is; some dealerships choose to offer dry-ins and turnkeys while serving as the general contractor for the project.
What is the initial investment? Dealers make a small initial investment, the majority of which is either applied toward the purchase of their own Southland Log Homes sales model, or returned to them after their first sale. Southland provides continuous training, marketing support, and leads.
Southland is building new offices. How can I be sure they won't move in next door? Southland Log Homes dealers benefit from a protected territory structure, meaning that we won't locate a model or other dealer near your dealership.
How do I become a dealer? A Southland Log Homes Dealer is an individual or company who agrees to purchase a Southland Log Home for use as a model home. This home may or may not be used as a primary residence. Dealers work in conjunction with the Southland corporate team to market Southland Log Homes in their geographic area.
