The Gulleys have been dealers for Southland Log Homes since 1987. Their dealership is Gulley Log Homes, Inc located in West Harrison, Indiana.

In a letter dated April 26th, 2006 the Gulleys wrote:

"We are happy to write a letter of recommendation for individuals considering becoming a Southland Log Home representative.

Mark and I began with Southland when we built our log home in 1987. We actually had our basement built to another log home company when we discovered Southland. Many times over the years we have been thankful for finding Southland Log Homes. Their quality is evident as our home approaches 20 years old. When we have open houses, people are shocked to learn the age of our home, they assumed it was only a few years old.

Southland asked if we would be interested in becoming a representative for their company. Since we liked the product, we said yes. For the first six years, we sold one or two homes a year as Mark continued his job in the Ohio Valley Carpenter’s Union. In 1993 we sold six homes and three of our customers wanted Mark to construct their home. After much thought and prayer, Mark quit his job and we became full time builder/dealers for Southland Log Homes. It has been one of the best decisions we have made. We have sold close to 100 homes for Southland and constructed about 90 of them.

Since Mark has been in the construction industry all of his life, he knows quality when he sees it. In our opinion, Southland has the best product on the market – hands down. When you couple that with excellent customer service and strong corporate support for the dealers, you have a win-win situation for the dealer and the customer.
