The entrance foyer of the Piedmont opens onto the open greatroom, dining room, and kitchen. This main living space has high ceilings, and a fireplace flanked by French doors. The open kitchen includes an island. The bedrooms are split, with the master suite located on the same side of the house as the two-car garage area. His and hers closets and a master bath with garden tub and separate shower complete the master suite. The second and third bedrooms are located on the far side of the living area, with a full size bath in-between them. The second level can be finished as a bonus room over the garage for a game room, or used as a large storage area.
