The Dettmers have been dealers for Southland Log Homes since 1987. They call their dealership Casual Country Log Homes.
In a letter to Southland Log Homes the Dettmers wrote:
Casual Country Log Homes, in Florida, has been representing (since 1987) Southland Log Homes, the world’s leading supplier of "kiln-dried" log home packages, producing more pre-cut log buildings than any other log company in the USA.
Our log home model is open Monday through Saturday. We designed the model so that our residence—an apartment over a 2-car garage—is attached to the 2-story log home model.
We credit Southland’s building system (kiln-dried, pre-cut, treated log packages) and the resulting “quick-and-easy” assembly of the log package--along with the competitive pricing--for winning over log home buyers. Folks identify with the Southland Log Homes name and reputation.
Although we started as a part-time business, we quickly grew the business into our full-time work, and had enjoyed some years of (annual) sales volume totaling over $1.2 million.
Our efforts are made easier, because we are backed by Southland’s experienced staff. We all work well together as a team, and we are very proud to be associated with Southland Log Homes. We look forward to continuing our enjoyable and prosperous relationship with Southland Log Homes.
